About PO

Products and orders

Review the product description, dimensions, selected variant and compatibility requirements before purchasing. Product photographs can vary in appearance between screens. Products may carry the manufacturer's branding. PO does not manufacture the products and does not claim to be the manufacturer.

Provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information and use only payment methods you are authorized to use. An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt of the order. We may decline or cancel an order for unavailable stock, a material listing or pricing error, suspected unauthorized payment or a destination we cannot serve. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the cancelled items and applicable shipping charges. We will not substitute another product or charge a higher price without your agreement.

Prices and payment

Prices and charges are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable shipping and taxes are shown at checkout before payment. Price changes apply to future purchases and do not change an accepted order. Payments are processed through Shopify and the payment providers offered at checkout.

Fulfillment, returns and customer support

Third-party suppliers fulfill orders directly to customers. PO remains your seller and handles customer service. Our Shipping policy explains estimated timing and delivery issues. Our Return and refund policy explains returns, cancellations and refunds. These policies form part of the terms of your purchase.

No additional manufacturer warranty is promised unless the product page expressly describes its scope and conditions. This does not exclude any warranty, consumer protection or remedy provided by applicable law.

Privacy and website use

Our Privacy policy explains how personal information is used, including sharing information needed to process payment and fulfill orders. Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access or use it for unlawful transactions.

Your rights and updates

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived, or excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded. We may update these terms for future orders. The terms displayed when you place your order apply to that purchase. Contact PO first about an order problem so we can work toward a resolution.
